3. Wipe one nail at a time with our Pre Nail Prep, then buff the Prism Ether powder onto the no wipe surface until a smooth chrome finish is achieved.

4. Gently dust off any excess powder.

5. Seal your creation with another layer of top coat for a long-lasting and high-shine result.
